Product Features

This product dissolves well in a variety of organic solvents and it is stable to acids and bases. The metal is highly rust-proof, and the formed film is an insoluble transparent film. It is mainly used as anti-rust agent and corrosion inhibitor for metals (such as silver, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, etc.). It is widely used in anti-rust oil (grease) products, and it is mainly used as vapor phase corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys, lubricating oil additives, circulating water treatment agents, automotive antifreeze. This product can also be used with a variety of scale inhibitors, bactericidal algaecides, especially for closed loop cooling water system corrosion inhibition effect is very good.

Product Usage

• Water-soluble cutting fluid, stationary hydraulic fluid (water glycol), antifreeze, circulating cooling water or other corrosion inhibitors, etc.
• When the structure is combined with steel or other metals, it can coexist with other rust inhibitors.
• Peel-off adhesion can be used as an anti-tarnishing agent for the underlying film by adding it to the coating material.
• In the photographic industry, it is used as a stabilizer for UV absorbers and is widely used in photographic emulsifiers and developer stabilizers.
• Used as an additive for copper and copper alloy electrolytic polishing baths
• A reagent for the determination of silver.
