Product Features

This product provides both emulsification and lubrication. This versatility reduces the amount of other components in the formulation, resulting in optimum processability for the process fluid. It can effectively inhibit the corrosion of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel when it comes into contact with aqueous metalworking fluid (MWF). High-dose corrosion inhibitors can also emulsify hydrocarbon oils, and a considerable degree of emulsification can be produced by proportional addition to the base oil.

Product Usage

This product is the best rust inhibitor for metalworking fluids for aluminum alloys, galvanized steel and Galvaneal (annealed galvanized steel). One of the problems in the manufacture of aluminum alloy parts is that they are prone to rust when in contact with aqueous metalworking fluids. We have developed this multifunctional environmentally friendly rust inhibitor. This material can inhibit the corrosion of common aluminum alloys including cast aluminum Al 380 as well as galvanized steel and Galvanea (annealed galvanized steel).
